HEREDITARNIA 2006

The 9th workshop, known as HEREDITARNIA '06, will be held in Zakopane (Poland) from 8 September till 11 September 2006. It is organized by a Local Organising Committee (LOC) including Mieczysław Borowiecki, Jozef Bucko, Peter Mihók, and Gabriel Semanišin and it is organised and supported by Department of Applied Mathematics and Business Informatics of Technical University Kosice, Institute of Computer Science of P.J. Safarik University and the Division of Discrete Mathematics, Algebra and Computer Science of University of Zielona Gora. Accommodation during HEREDITARNIA '05 will be offered in Pensjonat 21 (where the first Hereditarnia workshop was organized) and in its neighborhood. The cost of the accommodation and meals is 33 EUR per person and night. There will be no registration fee. The conference materials, coffee breaks, a conference dinner and an excursion will be covered by organizers.

The workshop is proceeded by the 15th workshop Cycles & Colourings in Tatranska Strba (Slovakia) and it is followed by the Fifth Cracow Conference on Graph Theory "Ustron '06" in Ustron (Poland). We shall organize a transport between the Tatranska Strba and Zakopane on Friday. A bus connection to Krakow is available on Monday morning.

The following graph theorists have already expressed interest to attend HEREDITARNIA '06 Susan van Aardt, Gábor Bacsó, Mieczysłav Borowiecki, Jozef Bucko, Csilla Bujtás, Ewa Drgas-Burchardt, Marietjie Frick , Jochen Harant, Peter Katrenič, Arnfried Kemnitz, Peter Mihók, Ingo Schiermeyer, Gabriel Semanišin, Elżbieta Sidorowicz, Zdisław Skupień, Zsolt Tuza. and Mariusz Wozniak.

The preliminary programme of the workshop will be precised by the scientific committee of HEREDITARNIA '06 consisting of Mieczysłav Borowiecki, Peter Mihók and Izak Broere once the extent of participation is known.
